“Misunderstood: The Hidden Grace in Moses’ Greatest Failure” - Numbers 20:1-13

We often read the story of Moses striking the rock as an unfortunate story that leads to a harsh judgment. But if we look closer, we find a pastor who is grieving, exhausted, and pushed to his human limits. This Sunday, we are going to unpack the layers of Numbers 20 to discover a God who doesn’t demand perfect performance, but meets us right in the middle of our brokenness. 

So, please join us as we explore the hidden grace in Moses’ story and what it means for our own wilderness journeys.

-성령강림후 둘째 주일-

“오해를 넘어: 모세의 가장 큰 실패 속에 감추어진 은혜” - 민수기 20:1-13

우리는 보통 모세가 반석을 쳐서 물을 낸 사건을 안타카운 이야기로 읽을때가 있습니다. 하지만 조금만 더 가까이 들어다보면, 그 이야기 속에는 소중한 사람을 잃고 슬퍼하며, 지칠 대로 지친 채 인간적인 한계에 부딪힌 한 목회자의 모습이 보입니다. 

이번주일은 민수가 20장에 숨겨진 은혜를 풀어가며 하나님은 완벽한 행동을 요구하는 분이 아니라 우리의 무너진 삶 한 가운데로 찾아오시는 하나님을 만나고자 합니다.

모세의 이야기 속에 감추어진 은혜를 발견하고, 지금 우리 세대가 걷고 있는 광야 같은 삶의 여정속에 이 말씀이 어떤 의미를 주는지 함께 묵상하고 마음을 세우는 귀한 시간이 되기를 기도합니다.
